So, so slow and not user-friendly. It takes so long to try and place an order for delivery or collection. When you search an item in simple terms, such as "dark chocolate", it will show no results, and you have to search again for it to show the results. I have the latest version of the app and it's up to date etc. Then, when you click to add an item to the cart, it takes about 20 seconds for it to update.

First time experience was very poor. Dodged a reclaim bullet as the app at the time of delivery wanted to withdraw more money than validated after the first order discount was applied. Discounted price was €86, 115% is mentioned to be validated but not withdrawn which gives about €98. Left a €100 and validation was successful only to discover €112 was charged. I also had a friend who ran into the same issue and spent 2 months trying to reclaim their money. Not a very good initial experience.

Desperate. Slow to load. Have to add items from last order 1 at a time. Old app you could just add it all in one click. Payment is painful. Fails 99% of time. Takes numerous attempts before payment goes through. Bring back the old app please. Search isn't great either. Will probably stop shopping in supervalu of this app isn't replaced soon.
