My notification sound is not existent. I have uninstalled and installed several times. My settings volume for notifications is turned up to the max. Update! After posting my review I received a call from the Amrock app team. They helped me discover that my phone, Moto G6, is not 100% compatible with the app. Excellent service was provided during my trouble shooting.

Thank you for sending this over, Jenise. Some of our other partners have also reported issues with their Motorola devices not making sounds upon receiving a notification. The notifications come through very slowly on Android phones. I have called to express the slowness of the notifications and was advised there is nothing that can be done regarding how fast or slow you receive notifications. I installed it on my old Iphone and notifications came through about 6 seconds faster than my android. Enough time for me to miss a lot of work. Please update this app. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times..same results.

Hi Amrock, I'm new to the platform and love the layout and concept, however, I can literally hit the "potential new order" button while the notification is still ringing and it will still tell me it's no longer available. Most orders I do land are via phone calls from Amrock. Also, a "negotiate fee" option under the decline selection would be beneficial for all around. I live in a very rural area where I travel a minimum of one hour or more (one way) to a signing on 75% of my assignments.
