A year ago I paid for 1 year subscription and used this app only for 1 month. Then 11 months later, it automatically renewed the subscription. I have never informed that it is going to be renewed. And I am not using this app anymore, while "Request a refund" form doesn't have any affect. I wrote emails and they simply ignored me. Why there is even a communication options, if they are just being ignored ?

Login via Gmail is not optimized. Even though the email account is already configured on the mobile device, we still have to manually enter the email and password again to access the system. It should allow automatic authentication instead. Additionally, I’m unable to log in from mobile using Gmail. It asks me to confirm my identity by tapping the notification in the phone’s notification bar. I tapped it, but it redirects me back to the login page instead of completing the sign-in process.

Not "complementary" to the website. 90% of courses are missing, doesn't link progress from account, continuously logs out. It didn't sync with my paid subscription account at all. Total disappointment!!!
