Update: issue fixed after last update. App is glitchy but the support team is responsive and helpful about fixing things. After latest update, can't access app on this phone at all because it says "please allow mail center to access your storage." It already has the permissions in my settings. I tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work.

So has very little functionality and what little it does do it does poorly. It constantly gets stuck trying to detect the edges of the mail piece when uploading a picture and then crashes after about a minute or two. Restarting the app usually fixes it but sometimes it'll keep doing it several times in a row

Today all of a sudden it keeps asking me to allow permissions on my phone for storage and camera. Both are set to allow and have been for a year but now the app is just in a never ending loop asking me to open my settings. Can't get anything done.
