The day before I renewed my subscription, my car stopped reporting the location. That was 4 months ago. so basically, I paid to have the app say my car is 20 minutes away at a shopping center and hasn't moved in all of that time. I called for help and was told I would be called back in a few days, which that was months ago, and no call back yet. If they can get it together, I would gladly pay to keep the subscription, but this is just a waste of time and money.
