What a scam app. whenever I add or remove anything from the cart the price of the existing products price changes individually, forget about the extra fees. I ordered some meds and delivery time was @3 but the delivery person came within half an hour & the app was still saying it hasn't been packed yet. I missed 1 call and didn't get any other updates and now they cancelled it and refunded less amount and I can't even get in touch with neither them nor chatbot. for reorder costs even more.

The app bombards with you cross selling options (medical plan, subscription, insurance,etc) before it gets to its core competency of selling medicines. As a result, the UI is very cluttered and there are pop-ups galore. As far as actual medicine purchase goes - the order got rescheduled twice, both times marked as my unavailability even though I was home. Even without a single successful order, Apollo has already started spamming me on WhatsApp to buy some insurance.

Pathetic service. Their orders are always delayed. My order is in 'out for delivery ' status since 3 days but the rider is not answering the calls. I also tried cancelling it but that's also not possible since it's out for delivery. After raising a ticket I get a mail that u order has been resolved.. what kind of resolution is this that they have acknowledged my ticket. Is this a resolution. What's the use of being a medicine delivery app when you can't deliver on time.
