the app was really good last Year and early this year but I have had horrible experiences with it since May . .. when you make loan repayments, it doesn't reflect immediately and interest keeps growing.. when I completed my loan, I was told to pay up the additional loan interest of 3 days when payment wasn't updated. Then when I took another loan in July, the interest started piling before I even got the money.. and It took more than a week for the money to hit my account.. 😭

I wish we had a zero rating, I would give you, my 21k are missing for a month now, I have to keep calling and following up with you to to update my money which still you have not done. Such a big company and can't invest in your systems like other insurance companies. Am soo frustrated, I can't keep doing this.

This app is always glitching. Sometimes displays zero balances, won't prompt mpesa for payment, won't load statements etc
