Not able to click anything in the Welcome back screen. All the items in the screen are non clickable. Tried re installing but still issue remains the same even in the latest version

It's not opening at all post recent update, uninstall, reinstall all done. Bit surprised, how a brand like HDFC produce such a bad experience for the customer..! Hmm please fix it on priority, it's such a pain.

Very disappointing experience! After updating the HDFC Home Loan app, it is not opening at all. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. Even clicking the 'Open' button from the Play Store does nothing. Such poor service is not expected from a reputed bank. Please fix this issue as soon as possible so that customers can use the app without any hassle.
