If I could rate this App zero 🌟 's I would've! The email to reset the password never comes from the App or Website on Android or IPhone. To reset my password i hsve to go to the store so an employee can do it from their computer. Annoying! The App feels cluttered and cheap. Needs a whole new redesign!

Android app opens to 3 choices and will not do anything else. Worse than that is whoever thought it was a good idea to then email my login credentials (including clear text password) needs to go back to COMSEC training. Useless, deleted.

Slow, clunky, only a few features actually work. App is very lame, reminds me of a very early phone app from back in the day. Sullivan's needs to replace whoever is in charge of their online presence plus hire an app builder with modern day expertise.
