MEI Fácil has always been part of the Neon group and now it has become an official part of our app! Now all the services you know are in the MEI Area of the Neon app.
Everything now in one place so you don't have to jump from app to app.
In the Neon app you have all MEI services:

- Accounting service
- Annual declaration (DASN)

I couldn't set up my account in time. Came back some hrs. later, and infinite loading on the existing account even after erasing app data..

THE WORST APP EVER. THEY STAFF ASK THE SAME QUESTION ALL THE TIME AND THEIR ANSWER IS INCOMPLETE. I HAVE ISSUES THAT HAS BEEN DEALED WITH THEM FOR MORE THAN 20 DAYS AND THEIR REPLY IS TOTALLY UNSATISFATORY. TERRIBLE.

Olá Marcos, tente atualizar o app e fazer esse procedimento no seu celular: Acesse as configurações do sistema e clique em "Aplicativos". Selecione "Armazenamento" e acesse a opção "Limpar cache". Se o problema continuar, chama a gente no e-mail contato@meifacil.com e coloca no assunto do e-mail seu nome completo e Play Store, tá bem?
