La uso desde octubre, funciona genial, es rápida, siempre abre. He visto comentarios negativos y deben ser viejos por que he tenido una buena experiencia, me pasó que no pude registrar la tarjeta virtual para AliExpress y se solucionó en unos días. Una vez un cajero no me entregó un dinero y se solucionó en 24 horas. Me gusta mucho el sistema de dos cuentas y como funciona todo, recomendado.

Si toman la decisión de crear una cuenta que incluya tarjeta y los beneficios de la tasa de rendimiento del ibr sería el banco perfecto. Por otro lado a veces se cuelga la app, lo único bueno es que solo basta con cerrarla y abrirla para que se solucione el problema, aunque si sería buenisimo que corrijan estos errores rápidamente.
