The new redesigned Alfa app is a good step in the right direction. User friendly and functional enough (unlike the old app). Manage multiple accounts/nbrs is an indispensable feature. I had 2 existing accounts added in the app (in addition to my main nbr account), but idk why they were completely removed 2 times in this same month!! so i had to add them again with the hole bs process of confirming the sms code from each of them sent to different devices... hope this will not happen again!

Disturbing jingle at startup. No settings, no menu, no control... EDIT: Thank you for replying (1 more star). Please note that the user should have the choice to mute and control any particular app or notification because he may want to keep some sounds he needs. Thank you.

Worst app, it looks like it was created by noobs, for example the support chat interface is broken, extending beyond the window, half the words are not visible, lagging and slow, the company itself is not trusted, they sell prepaid plans with a list of services, but then claim that these services are not included and try to double charge you or force you to pay twice monthly, alfa looks like a company operated by gangsters, not a company operating a mobile network on behalf of the government!!
