I ordered and paid online, money got deducted but then the app froze and didn't show the order number. I reopened the app but there wasn't any order, we waited for hours but nobody called us. I did another order and set the payment option to COD and it went through without issues. Then I tried to contact them through the whatsapp link they provided but the link didn't work as well, so I had to get the HurryBunny contact number from the restaurant. I called them and they returned the money back.

The UI says I already have an existing phone number in their database. Yes I do because I'm logged in with a complete profile on record. But, when I go to complete an order, the error continues to block my progress. It's best that this app be removed, code destroyed and the company dissolved....

App doesn't work. It doesn't send the verification code to the phone and won't let you complete the order checkout. It also keeps giving the message that maximum number of attempts made when you try and checkout which prevents you from placing your order. Garbage app all round
