Ratings and reviews

Hello developers i am not sure either you guys are not maintaining the app or not. Please enable the option to download e-bill soft copy as of now I am able to view the bill but no option to download the bill.

I tried paying from UPI, payment is successful in UPI but the southern power app is not able to fetch payment status. Tried two times still showing the same. Please fix the issue. Improvement: Could you please Deep Link UPI apps ( intents ). so that it will be easy for end users to make the payment.

Even though bill for May 2025 is issued 4 days ago the payment of the same is not possible through this App as the message displayed is that no amount is due. Monthly consumption and billing history is also not visible. This App appears to be horribly malfunctioning wef 01.05.2025. Kindly look into the issue.

What’s new

1.) Send notifications to registered service numbers in your account on bill generation and before 48 hours of bill due date.

2.) Displaying the total bill information (recent bill) against each service number in the Bill Pay module.

3.) Adding Bill ledger in Consumption History.

4.) After circle bifurcation some service numbers are changed. If we are fetching details based on old service number need to show alert in all modules
