The app sucks! I have a Wi-Fi camera and it was working normally at first, but not only is it really slow, but the camera very rarely works. most of the time, it will say "Device is Offline" even though it is up and connected, most of the time the motion sensors and audio sensors dont work at all or they work when there's no sound or motion at all! This app has too much errors and too much of a responsibility and do not download this app if you plan on buying a camera from Arpha!

It helps me lock and unlock my door from close proximity over Bluetooth. I am able to change the door pin. I am able to make temporary users or long term users. You can set up certain times and restrictions for people you give access to your home. It also keeps a log of what user locked and unlocked the door. When wrong pass code was put in and etc. My neighbor bought it for gift for my fiancee and I. Its been working fine for my first smart lock. Unfortunately my neighbor has had bad luck.

THIS app keep cashing every time I try to open the app.. please fix the problem
