So many bugs and issues make it almost useless. Can't update claims, authorization requests, and so on. Can't delete useless information. Asks for location permissions for no reason. Uploading images is extremely slow and limited to 4 even when procedures and claims require more images. User interface is cluttered and the information provided very limited. Very disappointed that no process is ever completed without having to call customer service directly. Need lots of improvements.
