About this app

This app is meant to be used by staff of businesses who are our customers. Our customers use a platform called f-lambda Bell which helps them establish a digital engagement platform for their end customers. In support of this platform, this particular app i.e. flambdabellOps helps the staff deliver their services to the end customers of their organization. Thus this is an operations app for the business staff. It has features to onboard their end customers as well as access a list of services they have to deliver. For each such service, they can confirm service commencement, enter details of services rendered including fees and expenses and confirm service fulfilment. They can also see if there were products requested by the end customer and note fulfilment of delivery. There is no in-app payment in this app. There is also a map where they can see the location of their customer so that they can easily navigate for delivering the service.
