... Describing my experience is not optional. I was unable to close out the app which I accidentally opened.. it forced me to choose to rate it. I respectfully answered,"NO!" Several times but was ignored and redirected. ..I don't know how you all interpret your experiences, but I've found that quality speaks for itself and doesn't have to resort to manipulative marketing tactics. So, yeah I will reasonably presume it's sub par at best. Garbage at worst.

Giving you 3 stars because I'd love to own all the ebooks by Brian Tracy, but I just can't download them. Even after downloading a couple of full books, every time I wanted to read offline, the message kept saying "no data found" which means I need to purchase new data to download again. Expensive exercise for me. 😕

Your access to these books free are amazing that you do this. But your customer service has not been what I expected. Somehow I lost all access to all those books I have collected over a period of time. These books are my life. I reached out to you telling you that a message came up saying that there was a bug and asked for me to inform the developers of the app so they can fix it. All you did was send me the links and when I installed them, I still could not open it.. You are amazing for providing the greatest works ever free to your subscribers. I will give you 5 stars and more when you update and fix the bugs in your apps. You developers are truly very special . Please fix your amazing creation for all of us to once again enjoy these books.. Bob Schneider
