5 years after, this app still asks for password changes every once in a while. So annoying. And goodluck if you can have transactions every after 12am.

The app would not continue with the new credit card enrollment after input of the OTP. A window popped out with "OK" then just closes the window and hence stucked on the same page.

User interface design is way better than their desktop eBanking design, but completing transactions upon clicking "Submit" doesn't happen right away. Probably their backend server is not responsive as it usually takes a minute to complete fund transfers for example. It is frustrating for me as a user when it comes to user experience.
