I have never been more disappointed by an IT department. The app worked fine, then they "upgraded" and changed my password without informing me. When I was locked out of my account and tried to call, the auto prompt gave me no option to talk to anyone. All branches redirected to nothing and hung up. The constant frustrations with the IT solutions is going to cause me to go to GE Credit Union.

I was unable to use the app on my phone because it said I needed to update. I uninstalled and tried to add it back on several times but once it gets to 100% it says it can't be installed. I cleared the cache, deleted some apps and a few other things as it advised me to do if it doesn't download but unfortunately that did not work 😐. *update: The app is working perfectly fine now.

Absolutely HATE this app. I don't normally write reviews about apps but this one completely upsets me. App won't even open when it does it just sits on the loading screen. If it actually loads it never lets me log in, it just kicks me out of the app. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading the app, and even tried to simply use another device but it does not work no matter what I do. Would give it 0 stars if I could. App just makes me mad. FIX IT!
