Ratings and reviews

They charge waiting time even if you are the one waiting. Also charged me £2.50 when the driver didn't turn up, and I was the one waiting for over 30 minutes

It now works very well, used it last night/early morning from the airport and had a taxi within 8 minutes, could track the driver, knew the drivers name, car registration and car type. There was a realistic fare estimate. The app meant when the taxi arrived he could phone me to identify who and where I was making sure of a smooth pickup. Cant fault it and had completely forgotten the poor review posted so many years ago. Nexus 4 with Android 4.4.4 using ART runtime. It no longer works despite being removed, cleared and reinstalled. This is going to be a serious problem for you when other phones convert to ART during their next upgrade. UPDATE Still doesn't work, its such a shame

Update Dec 2022: booked two rides yesterday, which went well, but now app is repeatedly sending notifications to rate the driver of the 2nd ride. Happy to do so, but notifications won't stop coming! Had to disable notifications to stop them pestering me! Update Sep 2022: Very disappointed by new app and losing all details of previous bookings, credit etc. Placed two advance booking and only one shows up in the app but both charged. Revised down from 5 stars to 2.
