Years later, a slightly smaller dumpster fire. This is after Datto's 2020 announcement of expanding the mobile team and "doing better". The Good: Logins work (that was a fun period!) Bad: Nebulous error messages when creating tickets. No, there isn't a system error. You likely just missed a required field. No ability to copy text (you can paste into text fields but not copy. You don't know how important this is until you lose it.) Out of chars to review.

**UPDATE** I appreciate the effort datto has put forth but it's still lacking the simplest UI fixes and functionality that nearly everyone has mentioned. My team and I love Autotask, it's pricey, but it's helped manage time and expenses through a very quick and large expansion. That being said, this mobile piece is complete garbage and we use it because we have to, not because it's convenient. The amount of money that we pay for Autotask should dictate a more workable and complete mobile app.

Help menu option opens a 404 error in a browser, which tells you exactly how much effort was put into this software. The first thing I tried to do, correct the "company" field in a ticket, was locked. We don't have it locked in our web app, so no idea where it pulled that setting from. Good first impression guys.
