Has completely deteriorated. I have been using it for long time and was ok but recently has become completely unreliable. I have been trying to make international calls, I could hear it ringing but no answer. Then tried to call my other mobile phone number, I could hear it ringing in the ear piece but the phone next to me was not ringing. I.e it did not connect.

I wonder the type of business this is. My credit remained $15.01. Whilst talking to family on urgent matter, the line went off saying I do not have enough credit. How could that be. I am highly disappointed with your service I bought the credit in order to enjoy it. But taken my money with no suitability of service showed you are not reliable. please re reinstate my credit back to me. Thanks.

My issue have finally been resolved thank you Bluee International I just pray it won't happen again because this is so far the best international calling app I've used and believe me I've tried a few, I know like every app sometimes it willl experience problems but I need more grace when it comes to being patient (my family is across the globe) THANK YOU BLUEE ❤
