Disappointed with Service - Late Deliveries and Poor Communication. I have been using the Elezaby application for a while now, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Despite placing orders in advance, the deliveries are consistently late, and what's even more frustrating is the lack of response from the customer service team. I have made several attempts to contact customer support regarding my late orders, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

Excellent app and client support. It offers a quick and seamless ordering process. I can order any item they have on the app, and they have quite a wide selection, and have it delivered to my home in the span of an hour. No delays, no bugs. Excellent service. Absolutely recommend.

I tried this application and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The pharmacy called me and as soon as I answered, the pharmacist said, "Why are you ordering through the app and not coming to the pharmacy to place your order? I will not fulfill your order, and we will not let this app succeed." Indeed, he refused to deliver the order to me. Therefore, do not waste your time and order through it.
