Been using this on company provided iPads. Everyone at our office, and I mean EVERYONE including all the bosses and secretary thinks, including some tech savvy guys that help the technologically unaware bosses do time, think this is some of the slowest and buggiest software ever. Because of issues such as being logged out whenever I try to submit a ticket and sync times being outrageous or down right not syncing and crashing, my pay actually has been affected. Good job guys.

'Reduced duplicate data entry' in 'field reporting' could support xls, I use a clock in app anyway. Is this hard to implement?

This is a great app.
