The most terrible service I have ever experience. The flight was delayed for almost hours without informing till 2 hours before the departure time, no explanation, no apology, no compensation... What kind of service the provided. . the flight was changed from 12:40pm to 16:05, then they again delayed without explanation.

Love Bamboo Airways because of the crew but the mobile app destroyed it. 1/ Couldn't, automatically get customer details from a saved list. 2/ switching apps during booking to see other things usually made you back from the first screen. So from 2 to 1 you need to type all over again. I never need that much time to book a flight before like this.

Giving 1 star as not possible to give 0. Terrible app. Tried for 2 days to rearrange a flight due to a change in travel plans and it just wouldn't update ....ended up having to miss the flight and pay for another. Also tried to email/contact through Facebook and call them and was told each time to use the app. Won't be using this airline again.
