Concrete production is efficiently allocated to designated plants, where Plant Managers can negotiate delivery schedules or reject allocations as needed, ensuring optimal workflow efficiency.

Moreover, our app serves as a central hub for communication, notifying relevant departments—including QA/QC, TW coordinators, and EPM—about upcoming concrete pours and facilitating collaboration throughout the process. The confirmation of concrete delivery is meticulously recorded, with QA/QC Teams providing acceptance or rejection, and concrete requesters uploading photos for further validation. Utilizing QR codes for scanning delivery tickets enhances accuracy and expedites processing, while all information is securely stored in a comprehensive database for robust reporting and audit capabilities.

Furthermore, our solution offers a versatile interface, with specific functionalities tailored to the needs of QA personnel within the mobile app, ensuring efficient quality control processes.
