Very bad experience I had today with the service provided..here is the tactic the cleaner used- my booking was on 10am in the morning, untill 11am the cleaner call me claiming that she was unable to open the door as we provided and didn't have the password to open the door, I asked her which unit she went ,she then " realised" she went to a wrong unit. After 15 minutes she then got the correct key.i checked on her at 11.45am and she wanted to leave without finishing the cleaning.11.50am she left

This could be a great app, but the booking process doesn't make any sense at all and is ridiculously complicated. You have to pay for the cleaning service before the provider have even confirmed if they are available. So there's a good chance that you will try to book a specific provider and time and pay and then only afterwards they will tell you that the service and time you wanted to book is not actually available. So then you have to go through the trouble of getting the money transferred back to you or keep trying until you find someone else who might be available. Alternatively, the only way to actually find out if a cleaner is available before you pay is to message the BeNeat admin on Line and then they will check manually if the person is available, but this is a very slow process and it doesn't make any sense that you have to message them outside of the app to book a service you should just be able to book easily in the app.

It's hit and miss with them. Initially I had a good experience but lately whenever I book and pay for a service, their cleaner would cancel. It's a frustrating and time wasting process. They should not list providers as available when they're actually not available.
