Horrible, app crashes constantly, does not send notifications for android users, viewing is terrible, deletes notes from work orders, doesn't save logs for regulatory maintenance, doesn't update consistently between Android and iPhone users. Load times are awful, even when clearing cache. App crashes when loading, app mixes tasks with work orders when adding reoccurring tasks.

Better on a tablet than a phone due to screen size and functionality. Haven't had the barcode scanner crash issue on my phone or ipad. I get notified when work orders are assigned to me, only on apple devices. Not on my Android

barcode scanner crashes app when selected on my galaxy s9....UPDATE Didn't realize that another app was also required for the barcode scanner to function. The app is called "barcode scanner" and it has a red and black icon, I tried another one with green and black icon and it did not work.
