Overall, pretty handy when sorting recyclables from trash at home. But to submit feedback in the app, you have to needlessly take a photo of the product that you just scanned--what's the point of that? I have done that, however, to suggest corrections for recycling instructions at our local landfill, but I have never received a reply for any of those corrections and the instructions have never been corrected. Seems like they are failing to use the app users' local knowledge.

Just installed because it's a great idea! Created account, only to find that my county is not participating in it. Closed it. Went immediately back into it to revisit the list of counties it does include, but it won't even open again. It just stays on the green title page and spins. Uninstalled within 5 minutes of installation.

The app works pretty good giving you good info on recycling. But, when I want to redeem a reward it keeps saying something went wrong. So therefore, your points add up but you can't redeem.
