Ratings and reviews

App can be very much improved. Some things do not function very well. Box office tickets for one is a pain and often will not allow the purchase of a ticket because it times out on its own. No immediate help or support is provided when issues occur. No contact information is displayed anywhere to contact to assist with certain issues. Truly a wasted resource that could really become a gem.

Smart tag is most inaccurate in it information. Neither we can find the location of bus and how much time will it take to arrive.

Can this please be the top reveiw if i rate 5 stars? I mean come on.... Nobody has rated this 5 stars except the people who made the app. I think the app could be inproved if you added the option of c.b.t. it would be really nice and would help me manage my stress.
