The app had a lot of steps in it just to get started. After trying MULTIPLE TIMES to put in my email and debit card i wanted to use. But I was patient and finally got going. My only other concern was, (1st) the scooter all of a sudden started moving very slow. And right as I was crossing the street. (2nd) I didn't have or I didn't see any way to turn off the scooter to show I was don't. And it actually OVER CHARGED ME! But, one email to explain and it was quickly fixed. Overall it was COOL!

Coming off of Lime and Bird it's not great. App interface is adequate. Scooter locations don't display properly in-app. QR codes don't work. No go zones are inconsistent. App-scooter connection is unreliable. The scooters are heavy and ride smoothly. On a closed flat course, probably nice. Irl the sensitive handbrake and useless footbrake are dangerous. I've had to swerve to avoid cars, intersections, and pedestrians. If you can choose another scooter company, do. Problem is you often can't.

I've ridden several scooter companies before and this by far was the worst. The app was not easy to set up. After I was finally able to ride, when I was at my destination, it would not allow me to end the ride because it kept saying I was not in a designated area, yet it offered no help to find where to get to a correct area. Over 10 minutes trying to park and end the ride and when I tried to click the "call us" within the app, it dialed a hospital and they said I had the wrong number. I was found a number on their website and had to speak to a customer service rep who was able to end the ride remotely. It was not an enjoyable experience.
