Used the app for a couple of years, and been fine. BUT in the last week have been trying to make a transfer only for the app to say the service is "temporarily" unavailable. that temporary has been 8 days. No explanation. No timeline. Getting sick of it. Essentially my money is being held hostage. Destroying any goodwill I may have had.

Promising, you can select multiple languages, and it seems it's properly translated. Then you receive your card, try to log in, and an error. You call the support, "english operators are occupied" so you must chose a French or Dutch one (neither German) finally you receive an extra instruction to activate the card: that's an automata over a number which is only available in French. I fear if to open an acc is that complicated, doing actual banking would be even worse. At least a great start.

Absolute worst. The app is slow, annoying, and a bad UI. My card got blocked because the wifi wasn't strong enough and then tried again with better wifi. That was enough to break my account. Called costumer support and was only met with annoying general answers. Unless you get lucky, I highly advise against trusting this app & this bank with your money. You most likely will not be able to access your account.
