I originally rated this app 4 stars in 2022, hoping they would have made significant improvements by then. But I'm now updating it to 3 stars due to how limited the functionality still is - no expense tracker, can't search transactions, can't use biometric to confirm transfers (requires password again). It's just not keeping up with other finance and banking app features, which is disappointing. Overall we appreciate this bank though, fwiw.

I have been banking at this location even before boaa took over. When it was First National Bank of Howell, I always looked forward to getting my calendars for the new year, it was like getting a little bit of personal caring from them. I was very disappointed that I was not going to be able to get a calendar. Yes, a big sign on the door that said, NO CALENDARS THIS YEAR. It always made me and others feel like they were family. Also, was nice when vegetables in the lobby for those in need.

Constantly locks me out and wont let me log back in because of "validation issues". Ive had to call and unlock my mobile banking 4 times and will have to again tomorrow morning, I seriously recommend any other bank just due to this mobile banking app problem that has been ongoing for over a year with many other people having the same problem.
