Clarity is great. Sound is great. Intercom is hard to use, as you can either speak or listen, and have to switch manually, so if you are talking, you can't hear the sound from the camera at the same time. Sometimes playback is lost or unable to be found. You can only view one camera at a time, and can't set it to watch both live. Watching from multiple devices is very difficult to set up. Each device must have its own user account, and be added to your "family", which is a pain to set up.

I love my smart locks and keypad!!! No real problems with any of them or app. As with any tech you're going to have a glitch here and there because its dependability hinges on your network, wifi strength, etc. But I've been very happy with my Bosma products. Great products with great features for a great price. I'm a very satisfied customer, Thank you.

Just not entirely what I was looking for. I want a product that locks automatically after a predetermined time. This product does not do that. You can add a geofence which is spotty at best and again, not what I needed. Also, customer service and mainly support are non-existent. My locks are just over 1 year old. One started kicking a LOW BATTERY warning daily. Batteries are brand new. Wrote me back, "ignore it. it's s glitch in the software"
