Easy to set up: Simply load your preferred payment card securely onto your phone - BPme supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express and BP Plus Fuel Cards with more payment types being added all the time.

Easy to use: Drive up, enter the pump number and confirm your payment method and how much you want to fill. Briefly wait for the pump to unlock before getting out of the car to fill up. When you have finished fuelling, you can get on your way.

Easy to keep track: Once you have filled up, your transaction summary will show in the app and VAT invoice will be emailed to you. You can also look up previous purchases in your transaction history.

Rubbish, both the app and website. A faff to login, what's wrong with just having a password instead of receiving an email with a login link. And I've been trying to redeem my points into vouchers for days now, and am constantly met with "error, refresh or try again later". I've tried contacting BPme, but received no response. I guess I'm just going to have to wave goodbye to my points, since it won't let me redeem them. Might as well stop collecting altogether. Nectar points were so much better

terrible app. How do you expect me to login via emailed code every time I go to fuel up. It's not exactly convenient and now I can't even login. Every time I try to login today I just keep getting a code sent to my email and once I enter the code the app just goes back to the beginning. I do this a few times and then I get a popup saying the app has a problem. I dread to think how many times this has happened when I'm refueling and how many points I've lost out on.

App is very hit and miss. It took weeks to register a payment method. Eventually found out I needed to turn off WiFi before adding the card - unbelievable. Pay at then worked OK for about a month until today when it made me do an authorisation with my bank. After doing that app sends me to a "Page not available" so I'm now unable to pay at pump again. I'll probably ditch BP app and go back to Shell cos I never had a problem with their pay at pump feature.
