About this app

Brivo Mobile Pass introduces a new level of convenience by providing you with the ability to access secured areas with your smartphone. Available exclusively for the Brivo Access cloud-based access control platform.

As an enhancement to Brivo Access, Brivo Mobile Pass is a new digital credential format available to all active accounts to eliminate the need for physical keys and access cards. Easy to use and no new hardware required, Brivo Access administrators simply email a Brivo Mobile Pass to a user, allowing them to add the credential to the mobile application and unlock doors with their smartphone.

Still nearly unusable. Logs me out about every week. If I want to save the password, it won't accept the auto fill - just returns to the login page when trying. Half the time tapping on something just returns to the overview screen. The widget never shows anything. No Google Assistant integration either. Both Brivo apps are complete and utter junk.

If your management doesn't allow the widgets you must wait for the app to load every time you want to open the door. The app looks nice but writes to clipboard when opened and forces itself to foreground after switching out of split-screen making using it alongside another app impossible unless you manually kill the Brivo task. In theory this app shouldn't be required at all but at least in my building small cars are not detected to open gates, so this is the only way to gain access.

So many bugs. The most annoying example that affects me everyday is that it doesn't save your favorites in the order that they were saved. Which makes finding the correct door annoying. In addition to the bugs, the android version does not have the same features as the iphone version (for example we can't use Google Assistant to open the doors like you can with Siri).
