** 06/15/2025 update ** Firmware update wouldn't work because the brewer's Wi-Fi connection was timing out before the update finished. Finally decided to remove and re add the device and that worked. Leaving this at 3 stars for the 2 YEARS I've not been able to update my brewer with ZERO communication as to what was going on. As I get to actually use it with the app again, I'll update with findings.

We just released 1.8.0 last night (06/14/25), which should fix this issue. We know the wait has been tremendous, and we sincerely apologize for the delay.

I have changed my review because the Bruvi IT got a hold of me and worked to get the issue fixed. My app now opens and is functional. I look forward to now using the app for my morning coffee and order my coffee. App won't open, my phone says there's a bug. Samsung ultra 25.

Doesn't connect to brewer on my Galaxy S24 Ultra. They basically made another way to sell us product without any more functionality.

Hi Philip -- You can open the app, but it is still not connecting? Sometimes the brewer does connect (green wifi icon goes from blinking to solid on the brewer, but the remote doesn't pick up the state change right away). If that is the case, you just need close the app and re-open it. If that is not the case, please reach out to hello@bruvi.com
