The application is intended to serve BSH Inspectors to perform motor vehicle damage assessment work.
Application of OCR technology, automating the appraisal - compensation process helps appraisers save time processing paperwork and especially make the entire appraisal - compensation processing process transparent. to customers to help improve the quality of customer service.
Main function:
- Manage work lists assigned to Inspectors from BSH's Call Center system;
- Allows the Surveyor to determine the correct insurance subject by looking up the insurance policy and customer's loss history at BSH;
- Share Inspector position with customers;
- Take panoramic vehicle inspection photos at the scene and classify and take photos of damage items;
- Allows sharing field photography work with customers and browsing photos customers send via link;
- Using OCR technology to collect information about the insured or third parties;
- Take photos of documents/documents for compensation documents. Send a message with a photo link to customers in case they need to supplement missing documents;
- Allows the administrator to determine costs, assess the level of loss, and plan for repair and recovery.
- In particular, develop the feature to receive assessment of the quality of the Inspector's work from customers to perfect and improve the quality of the best after-sales service.
