Ratings and reviews

It works, but very clunky. The recent update that requires reinstallation was unacceptable. The terms and conditions page is very hard to read due to text formatting. The tutorial/intro to the app doesn't give any clue on how to skip. The payment page is unintuitive at best, choosing banks shouldn't lead to payment confirmation page. I can't top up right after returning to the app from transaction, i need to go to home page before i can actually scan to top my card up. Bad experience.

Terrible app with terrible UX. Can't use password managers. Switching apps causes this app to lock up and it needs to be forced close. How do you expect me to register and look at my email for an OTP if I can't get back into the damn app to input it? Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Registration process is 3 steps long even though I set up an account at a ticket counter. Verify phone and email AND make a pin? Also, it doesn't load half the time on open. It froze during pin registration. So I haven't even been able to use the app yet.
