BEWARE! Placed an order worth a lot and they deducted the money and its been almost 1 month now the items are not delivered and the money is still with them and their customer service is really frustrating...will report them to the official entities now. Although had previous positive experience with them bit not any more it seems. Buy from someone else

BEWARE, BEWARE, worst experience ever. I ordered two Air Conditioners and paid fully and was promised they will be delivered in 3 days then 6 days then never arrived. They told me I had to file a complaint to get my money back and they respond to me. I kept calling, they kept saying we will call back, which they never did. I then called requesting a refund. They said they will call me back, they ignored me again. They take money, do not send items, give you very hard time to avoid refund.
