Worst experience ever Do not buy any single class from byju, there is always issues or technical difficulties during class , and even more hectic to get the tech support,they can't fix the issue. Worst customer service. No communication from customer service agents for days or weeks even after describeing the problem many times.

Very unprofessional service. Difficult to cancel class. No support from customer care. Once you pay, they won't care. Was better when joined a year before. Now am canceling and getting a refund.

I don't recommend to go with BYJU's. Intially this organisation was great. My daughter is learning piano with them. After 45 classes before the trinity exam they have changed the teacher without my knowledge. I have requested several times to give that teacher for next 3 classes and they are not willing to give. One support guy says because of the policy other says gender issue and other one said he has resigned. Wors't ever support, No call center and beginer teachers. Not happy customer
