This app seems to have many issues with the android phones, i use this for work. So it's really inconvenient that I don't have access to my own shop. Because this app seems to be apple friendly only. the last update was three months ago.I'm guessing that's why my new phone won't work with it. no one on the other side, doing network patching, or anything

This has been an excellent resource for me...until I got a new Samsung Galaxy S25+. I could download the C2G app but it would no longer load. The online account info seemed to be good. I spent DAYS looking for a solution to the app problem to no avail. I did reach Scott at C2G by email and was going to talk with him tomorrow. Tonight I found an article that suggested: go to phone settings>apps>Play Store app>delete cache>delete data. Go back to Play Store>download C2G.... IT WORKED!!!🥳🥳🥳

App not working all of a sudden???... kept getting error "Could not communicate with the server. Please try again." when trying to login to our account access. Please, fix the problem asap... we tried recycling our internet router service & our cell phones and still the same problem persists (January 8th, 2025)... Thanks! 🤔
