The app UX still lacks consistency when refreshing data. It also lacks fluidity when navigating, and some flows are unclear.

Worst banking app released ever. Countless bugs, some days it doesn't work at all for no reason, it's also one of the slowest. Better to change bank at this point.

For several months (pre and in lockdown included), I haven't been able to access my account via the app as well as on the website. No communication whatsoever to justify this, it's very unfortunate in critical conditions to have a poor customer service. Client for 15+ years, I really hope you will improve this.
