The service team seem good enough hence the second star. But the app is absolutely awful. Slow , buggy and makes no sense. While you're still in the app if you change tabs you've logged out and need to log in each time. chat support sent me a link to book my ticket, but you can't copy / click it. and even if you manage to type the link, there's no way to open in the app. stay clear and just use the website instead.

Customer service is the worst. They read messages but don't respond.Book tickets and pay and no bus on multiple occasions. Avoid.

The App doesn't work how it should do. Can place a search and getting the resilts but rhan it always get stuck on the result page. No reaction when selecting a trip, can't do any booking since can't reach the booking page. Same problem when using a browser trying to book on their webpage. Probably the developers should google for "software quality management" since i have doubts they know what that means.. 😏
