We've got this system, and I've found it very unstable! Fortunately, We've got support from the company that installed the system, and without that backup, I wouldn't recommend it until they find a stable update that's reliable. When it does work, it is fantastic, especially when I'm down the garden.

Essentially useless. Had I know this app was so poorly optimised and layed out, I would not have spent the money on the gate system. Maybe this is designed for commercial use because for a home it is slow, poorly organised and unreliable. Edit: after the update it is still functionally useless. To the developers, all I want is for it to ring on my phone when the gate button is pressed. That is it. I don't want three identical notifications five minutes after the person has left.

It only works if set up without a password! How could I have guessed that? You told me to contact your support and I did, but got absolutely no response! Now I have some more problems: I can only "call" the doorbell (see its camera) sometimes, sometimes it doesn't work; When someone rings, sometimes my phone rings first, before the XTS 7 monitor, other times my wife's phone rings first, sometimes the monitor rings and the phones don't, sometimes NOTHING rings!; The monitor sometimes crashes and restarts after someone rings; Support appears to be non-existent. This is a very expensive product and it doesn't even appear to be production-ready! Absolute waste of money, very unreliable, avoid like the plague.
