Taking the required scans was difficult the first few times but now I've taken 5 scans and it's getting easier. The first few times I had my phone facing the wrong way and couldn't understand why my scans were rejected. If I had reviewed them before I uploaded them I would have recognized my mistake. For a person my age it's a learning process but I'm sticking with it. I like this more than having to go to my dentist's office for her to take my pictures because I live 30 minutes from her office!

This service is incompatible with a Pixel 6 Pro. The ScanBox interferes with the camera aperture and the app is incapable of correcting this via software (Enable zoom, manual camera control/camera selection, etc). Customer service doesn't care about correcting this from either a software or a hardware standpoint, instead advising to watch the demo videos more because apparently that somehow corrects a design flaw? Get Invisalign instead, don't waste your money

This is my 1st time using anything to straighten my teeth and its pretty easy to use. I like the walkthrough virtual assistant at each step, the progress tracker, the scan reminder etc. The staff are very proactive and respond when you have a question. I do see a difference in my smile and I am happy I went with this option instead of any other, thank you!
