Every since changing over to th Pixel 6, the app crashes and closes as soon as I attempt to open it. The IT team worked to quickly resolve the issue.

This software is really making our tax office operate much smoother. It is so nice to have all if the info we need in one convenient spot! Even their feedback is taking into consideration and implemented quickly

There's better out there. It was confusing to use. Transcript reports weren't that great. Since I used app I have moved on to competors and prefer them.

Thanks for the honest feedback about your entire Canopy experience (mobile+web). It looks like you're running a very old version of our app (2 yrs old, in fact), so you definitely didn't have the best experience. We'd suggest turning on auto app updates--all your favorite apps will be even better. We'll keep improving & thanks for giving us a try.
