Requirements:
To use Mobile Banking, you must enroll from your CBT Internet Banking portal. You can enable Mobile right from your Internet Bank portal! Go to “Other Services” and choose “Mobile”.

It's very limited in functionality. I can view my account's transactions and I can photo deposit checks but I can't do anything about fraud status or debit card status or hold auto payments when I'm in a pinch. When a debit card is deactivated automatically because of a false fraud alert I can't do anything about that through the app I have to wait for operating hours to talk to someone and that's a pain when you're waiting at a grocery checkout unable to pay and holding up the line.

Garbage bank and horrible service. They just print cheap debit cards at the bank that does not have tap to pay option and they crack and break in less than 5months then they charge you to get a new one. Zelle is promoted on their banking app but it has NEVER worked and it doesn't look like they will ever get it working. There are no perks for being a member of this bank besides it being local but that is not even worth it. Switched to US Bank and now I'm actually earning interest on my savings.

When it worked I liked it, but one day it just stopped. Every time I click on it I just see a white screen until a little box pops up and says that it isn't working right now or something like that. I've been trying to get it fixed for like the last month. I would have liked to see an option where my account number or something popped up though too.
