Since format change/upgrade, I have found it much easier to use and navigate. There are still some things I find hard to accomplish, be it user error or app bug, such as scheduling appointments at desired branch, actually "contacting" someone in the Contact US menu, and linking of accounts. I especially like the "Transfer" shortcut and access to statements.

Even after updates, most times it fails to load correctly when trying to log in. I have to close app, reopen and then try logging in again. Even if I get logged in there's usually an error. I've had several different phones and it does the same thing with each phone. terrible app.

There is a bug that prevents me from cashing my checks on mobile, which is why I got the app in the first place. The whole app just crashes and I have to sign in again. Even after that it will not let me stay in the app long enough to cash any checks. Will update my review once this is fixed. I only really want to bring the bug to attention.
